About Us

Crossroad International Church (CIC) has been a part of the Christian community in Kuwait since 2016.  There is a need for a truly international church that loves and incorporates people of many different cultural, ethnic, and theological backgrounds under the banner of Christ.  While there are many differences that are accepted and enjoyed at CIC, we are united under the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus and how his sacrifice brings salvation to all who believe within the protestant and evangelical banner.

We desire to be a beacon of hope, healing, and faith through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, fostering connections and empowerment for God's beloved children.  We are a community of believers dedicated to living out the teachings of Jesus Christ and spreading His love and light. Together we walk in faith, embracing the power of the cross to transform lives and bring hope to a world that needs His grace and redemption.

Mission Statement:  Crossroad International Church exists to model the unconditional love and life-giving hope of Jesus among all nations in Kuwait.

Vision:  We want to see all people in Kuwait know, believe, and model the unconditional love and life-giving hope of Jesus.

Motto:  Modeling the unconditional love and life-giving hope of Jesus.

Sermon series on Ester

On Friday, September 6th we will begin an inspiring new sermon series on the Book of Esther. This powerful story of a young Jewish woman who becomes queen of Persia reveals God's providence and faithfulness, even in the face of danger and uncertainty. Through Esther's courage, we will explore themes of faith, boldness, and trusting God’s plan "for such a time as this." Join us every Friday at 10 am as we dive into this captivating series and discover how God works behind the scenes in our own lives!

Jesus at the center

Jesus is central to everything we do. We sing, pray, and preach in His powerful name. Our past, present, and future are centered on Jesus Christ. Our purpose on this earth is to make much of Jesus Christ.

“For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.”

Colossians 1:16-17

It's all about Jesus!

Created to worship

Worship is essential to God’s plan of redemption and provides a strategic avenue for God’s entry into an alienated world. An illustration of this is found in the Lord’s Prayer, which begins with worship: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name.” Then, it extends the invitation “…Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:9, 10). When we pray in the manner that Jesus taught His disciples, we are first, with worship, reaching into the invisible realm and then, on the grounds of our worship, welcoming the entry of His divine authority, rulership, and power into this world.

At Crossroad, we believe that a natural reflection of our love for God is worship. This doesn't just happen during our services through singing but instead it is lived out by the way we perform our job, how we love our family, by showing compassion to the outcast and even the things we say in casual conversations.

Worship should invade every aspect of our lives.
